It is difficult to translate "しずしず".
This cat is about one years old.

甘噛みなので平気ですが、爪を立てられるのはね。
手で固定せずに、噛むだけにしてくれんか(笑)。

すみません, I decided 'しずしず' - it's cat's name ))
And btw, what 'Malo' mean exactly - something about beauty eyes? :) For example here, if call cat in appearance, it's often (and only) something about color of hair - 'Smokey', 'Peach', 'Red/rusty', 'Blacky' ...

"しずしず" is a meaning "Come quietly", and no name of the cat.
Sambo is a name of this young cat.
Malo is a first personal pronoun that the aristocrat in old Japan used.
Even if the person with features like to such an aristocrat is man it or cats, it is called malo.

ああ, very interesting!
It looks like 'Malo' - an analogue of the local 'Marquis' - beautiful and graceful cats called like that sometimes.
And funny, for local "aristocratic-looking people" is not exist a special word - ))
I think one of the reasons - for a long time, all the aristocratic here was not in favor (not approved), another reason - our traditional art not has such brilliant aristocratic typecasting, as Japanese art.
